What you will do in this role:

* Develop educational strategies for both competency-based and operational-based education initiatives and on-going training programs. Simultaneously manages multiple projects and assignments of various scales. Develop, revise and maintain content-specific, competency-based, and operational-based education programs as assigned, in conjunction with experts from the field. Deliver and support training initiatives for various groups, including leadership teams and end-users. Delivery methods may include instructor-led, train-the-trainer, virtual classroom, web-cast, or web-based methodologies
* Responsible for collaboration with the training team, planning and implementing education across a region/market for all clinical staff training that promotes quality of care and safe practices
* Serves as an advisor to operations management with Clinical department employee competencies and readiness to perform the role to the service line standard. Recommends remedial actions as needed
* Implements market clinical operations and quality training programs on site. Provides expertise, training and supervision to the Clinical service personnel to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations with initial and on-going training initiatives
* Supports the strategic growth and operational/quality goals of the company and ensures patients and their families receive quality of care during their visits to UC center
* Monitors and holds Clinical trainers/preceptors accountable for appropriate execution of standards during and after training
* Provides feedback to training team and clinic management on training effectiveness.
* Works with management to adjust training as necessary to ensure staff readiness
* Contribute to the research, creation, editing, and publication of program design features and content

Qualifications

What Qualifications you will need:

* Clinical background in Urgent Care, ER, or Ambulatory is required

* Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing nursing.

* Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational nursing license in state of residency

* Experience in training and mentoring nurses and medical assistants
* Experience using an EHR system is extremely helpful.
* The ability to obtain a BLS Certification is required within 30 days of start.
* Must obtain a Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months of employment or promotion.
