Position Summary:
Perform general, routing maintenance and servicing operations throughout hospital plant and area as directed. Perform a variety of routine services and repair tasks to maintain hospital infrastructure. Specializes in plumbing of industrial plumbing and water distribution systems.

Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Education:
* Knowledge of plumbing and water distribution systems.
* Minimum requirement of Journeyman plumbing license.
* Fire and Safety Certification is required upon hire or within time frame specified under hospital policy after hire, whichever is later.
Experience:
* Sufficient previous experience as a Plumber in a hospital or similar setting.
Licenses/Certifications:
* Licensed/certified HVAC technician
* Fire and Safety Certification is required upon hire
Special Qualifications:
* Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
