Your Role and Responsibilities
* Read business use cases
* Develop requisite Dynamics 365 Plugins in c
* Develop requisite Dynamics 365 front-end JavaScript
* Write technical use case acceptance criteria
* Write test cases
* Work item and task status reporting

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013/2015 and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
* 3-5 years relevant working experience in MS CRM environment as a technical developer
* 3+ year's relevant working experience developing plugins with C
* 3+ year's relevant working experience developing front-end JavaScript
* Hands-on experience with multi-phase, globally delivered CRM implementations
* Hands-on experience with Dynamics Plugin development
* Hands-on ability to Configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
* Ability to read/write business use cases
* Ability to write testing acceptance criteria
* Ability to write integration test cases
* Proficient in test case automation tools and practices
* Understanding of Azure PaaS components
* Understanding of PowerApps

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
* Certified in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011/2013/2015/365
* Experience in Government / Public Sector background
* Understanding of CRM software implementation project life cycles and methodologies
* Ability to read/write Gherkin use/test cases
