Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM Global Business Services helps top-tier clients solve their most complex business and technical issues. As a GBS Microsoft Dynamics PowerBI Developer , you will deliver innovative business consulting, business process design, systems integration, application design, and management to leading commercial and public sector organizations in 17 industries. The successful PowerBI Developer will assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365. This specialty uses consulting skill, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment in order to achieve the expected business results.

In addition, the candidate must have experience in a customer facing role, helping customers design and create their solutions. Must be a self-starter, able to complete assignments with minimal supervision. Also must be able to mentor and lead more junior members of the team.

The IBM Client Innovation Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our Baton Rouge center. However, some travel is expected, and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and training at the client site (Monday thru Friday). You are expected to travel up to 50% of the time. This is a traditional office position. You must live in, or be willing to relocate to, Louisiana. The work location is 100 North Street Baton Rouge, LA 70802. This is not a work from home position.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* 3 + years Strong SQL coding experience for loading and extracting data
* 3 + years C Web page/client side development, HTML, JQuery, JavaScript
* Experience with data warehousing structure and ETL/ELT
* Cloud storage
* 3+ years experience with one or more of: Power BI, SSAS, Business Objects, Cognos
* Development knowledge on Power App, Power Automate and Power BI.
* Excellent with data and numbers, as a lot of data analysis is
* SSIS, SSRS, SSAS Analysis of existing cubes using MDX/DAX queries Creating and processing MDX cubes Coding SSIS new ETL jobs

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
* Strong .NET Core/.NET 4.5 developer. REST API, WCF.
