Job Description:
This position is responsible for application support of Pro/Engineer (Creo), PDMLink, and AutoCAD.
Candidate will provide end user support, training, and will create training/other documentation.
Candidate will work with an existing team to help plan and carry out any system data migrations.
Must be able to mentor users of all skill levels as well as participate in developing, reinforcing, and documenting best practices and training materials.
Must be able to act as a liaison to new and mid-level Pro/E (Creo) users. Experience in helpdesk or training is a plus.
Job Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of Pro/E (Creo) applications (particularly Modeling, Assembly, and Drawing) and PDMLInk, as well as AutoCAD.
Familiarity with Oracle, SAP and Windows operating systems.
3-5 years experience using Pro/E with 1-2 years in a support/training role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred
Working knowledge Pro/E (Creo) and AutoCAD software.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
