Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Senior Specialist, Paid Media to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in Parsippany, New Jersey.
Job Summary
The Senior Specialist, Paid Media is skilled at executing digital media strategies to achieve and over-deliver on business goals. This position is responsible for supporting execution and management of high-impact media campaigns across all channels (including search, display, digital video, meta, etc) that generate revenue and drive awareness, consideration and purchase for hotels across US and Canada.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Paid Media, this individual works cross-functionally and collaboratively to deliver and manage performance marketing campaigns that support booking and customer segmentation/acquisition goals.
Responsibilities
Support the deployment and management of the direct response media strategy for all brand and customer segments to exceed annual revenue targets
Work with the Senior Manager, Paid Media to partner cross-functionally with key marketing stakeholders and leadership to develop a cohesive media strategy across traditional digital marketing channels search, display, meta, affiliate, OTA partner media, etc.
Day-to-day support of media agency and channel partners
Oversee overall invoice processing and tracking, meeting with team leadership and finance regularly to ensure a seamless invoice and accrual process
Manage media budget closely in partnership with Senior Manager, Paid Media, updating forecasts and actuals, sharing updates with agency partners, and closely monitoring and optimizing pacing
Manage processes to keep agencies and channels updated on latest promotional copy/creative changes, and all property updates (terminations, opening, amenity updates) to troubleshoot any placement issues and ensure all campaigns and programs are current and accurate
Monitor campaign performance daily, and support performance analysis and report creation on a weekly and monthly basis
Ensure all tagging and tracking is in place and working properly
Ad hoc administrative work for the team as needed (deck updates, data collection, meeting organization, etc.)

Strong analytical and financial eye, comfortable regularly evaluating and reporting out on performance
Excellent communication and presentation skills, integrity, and the ability to build professional trust and respect across all levels of the organization
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task while meeting deadlines
Strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to negotiate across priorities and needs
Collaborative problem-solver possessing excellent customer service skills
Experience/Certificates/Education
2-3+ years of digital marketing and media experience (search, meta, display)
Bachelors degree required
Hospitality experience and/or experience in a franchise/shared services organization preferred
Previous hands-on management of search, display, meta, etc. channels preferred
Google Certification and AdTech experience a plus
Experience supporting building and executing against media plans and managing major agency relationships
Prior experience leveraging customer data platforms (CDP) and/or data management platforms (DMP) a plus
In lieu of media experience, candidates with previous experience in an analytics or finance role also considered
Experience managing budgets and invoicing processes
Familiarity with excel and commercial BI reporting environments
