Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, employees, and leaders of the companys financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the companys shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.

* Reviewing, editing, and publishing a variety of complex and/or sensitive communications related to compliance, operational/technical subjects, legal and/or regulatory matters, or other communications outside the scope of the Corporate Communications functions.
* Consulting with content owners and managers to best communicate and professionally present managements positions and/or messages and creating or manipulating material an array of materials (narrative, graphics, images, etc.) to accomplish that end.
* Overseeing Wdesk operations including, but not limited to: developing and executing training programs and providing guidance to new or existing users, keeping up-to-date with all system changes/improvements, finalizing Plan content, and administratively controlling processes related to inputs to, and outputs from, the system.
* Meeting established deadlines with tight turnaround times that, during peak periods, likely will include evening and/or weekend time commitment.

Required Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics and reporting; or a BS/BA degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business and 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics or reporting

Desired Qualifications
* A BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting
* Ability to successfully operate in a complex and matrixed environment
* Knowledge and understanding of banking or financial services industry
* Experience working with Workiva Wdesk reporting software
* Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
* Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization
* Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
* Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
* Delivery and facilitation of training experience

Other Desired Qualifications
* Legal experience and/or education
* Understanding of the Wells Fargo organization, its business lines, and legal entities and financial systems
* Regulatory compliance experience
* A commitment to becoming a Wdesk subject-matter expert
* Experience creating templates for use across wide variety of content owners
* Experience with using/editing customized style guides

Job Expectations
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
