Job Description

This position is accountable for OEM and Aftermarket planning, coordination, and direction as it relates to the sales, marketing, and after-sales support activities for the 525 Relentless Commercial platform.

Responsibilities:

* Provide and enforce the vision and mission of the 525 Relentless.
* Planning, coordinating, and directing sales marketing activities and after-sales support for the 525 Relentless.
* Indirectly supervising a select team of marketing and support personnel in the achievement of established goals and objectives
* In conjunction with the marketing department, developing overall business development and marketing strategy which offers the greatest probability of success while maximizing return on controllable assets.
* Supervising the performance of multiple independent representative organizations guaranteeing compliance with standards as specified in established representative, technical, and administrative services agreements.
* Ensuring comprehensive and timely marketing intelligence information is provided to senior BHTI management for use in assessing and responding to market demands, competition, and opportunities.
* In conjunction with the Customer Services and Support Division, coordinating customer service representative activities in the area to sustain BHTIs past reputation for solid post market support.
* Ensuring post-competitive assessments (Win-Loss) are conducted and properly logged into Sales Force
* Identifying competitive advantages and capitalizing on said advantages to identify/create new markets and to drive market share
* Director will work closely with VP 525 Relentless Program as well as select ELT members
