Senior Global Assurance Analyst: Become the Newest Member of VF's Global Assurance Family

As a Senior Global Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for performing a broad range of consulting projects, audits, investigations, and unique reviews of various business functions within VF. Areas of focus will include Finance, Accounting, Brand Management, Supply Chain, HR, Technology, Ethics & Compliance and other discrete business units. The work you will do in VFs Global Assurance group is relevant, highly-collaborative, and gives you multiple opportunities to engage with VFs world-class management.

How You Will Make a Difference:

* Deliver high impact reviews of various aspects of the business to executives and senior leaders from VFs finance, accounting, brand management, digital technology, human resources, global supply chain, and ethics and compliance organizations.
* Rapidly absorb complex subject matter and deliver valuable insights through data analytics and process improvement reviews.
* Interact strategically with executive and senior management leaders within VF (GREAT EXPOSURE!).



Skills for Success:

3-5 years related professional experience

A Great Attitude and a willingness to learn VFs business and the industry

*We have multiple positions available, and are looking for candidates with any of the following backgrounds:

1. Finance / Accounting / Audit

2. Supply Chain Management

3. Industrial/Systems Engineering (experience in process improvement)

Educational/ Position Requirements:

* Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in one of the following fields of concentration Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Industrial and Systems Engineering, and Supply Chain Management
* Certifications: CPA, CSCP, CIA, CFA, CGMA, CMA, CFE or international equivalent (i.e. HKICPA, ACCA)
* Prior experience in Public Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Financial Reporting and/or Data Analytics highly preferred
* Technologically proficient (i.e. Excel required, Tableau or Power BI preferred)
* Demonstrated leadership traits
* Strong presentation, verbal, and written skills
* Strong verbal and written English skills, additional languages a plus
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
* Relocate to the VF hub in Greensboro, NC, preferred, or work from other USA based VF facilities, including: Denver, CO; Costa Mesa, CA; Stratham, NH; Appleton, WI; Fort Worth, TX; and Jersey City, NJ
* Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
* Global and domestic travel as required 25-30% of time
