Within Capacity Planning and Management, the Capacity Execution team is responsible for driving effective execution through business insights, operational excellence, and cross-functional coordination. We manage Rhythm of Business activities, own overall server deployment prioritization, produce business insights, and strive to detect and address risks before they become issues.

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to manage analytics and feasibility planning. This role requires people management skills and experience across a range of functional areas. The right candidate has demonstrated success engaging with operations, supply chain, engineering, finance, executive leadership and a range of other functions. Background with feasibility planning; advanced supply chain operations; and analytics in highly volatile enterprise supply chains are critical for success in this role.

The right candidate will combine excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills with supply chain knowledge, deep technical understanding, and executive presence.

* Manage a team of analysts and feasibility planners to keep the business running while driving transformation
* Oversee feasibility planning. This includes aligning responses to changing business conditions while striving to optimize for customer experience, fiscal responsibility, and operational excellence. The right candidate will demonstrate a background of providing clear decision support in response to unexpected business conditions, leveraging significant modeling capabilities and data-driven insights
* Provide data-driven insights to detect, understand, and communicate problems to stakeholders from a range of various functional areas
* Partner with planners, supply chain, finance, data center operations, cloud server hardware, S&OP and networking teams to ensure all functions act in alignment with common goals

Basic Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, business administration, or engineering
* 5+ years' experience with cross functional coordination, including experience partnering with data scientists, developers, and program managers to drive continual improvement
* 3+ years' experience in supply chain, planning, or Cloud operations
* 2+ years' people management experience

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

* Six Sigma green belt
* Deep understanding of Finance, such as experience working closely with Finance teams or in the Financial Services sector, is a differentiator
* Master's Degree
* Significant analytical depth supported by experience with several of the following: SQL; advanced Excel modeling; statistical tool kits such as R, MiniTab, or SAS; data-lakes; Kusto; PowerBI. Proven experience analyzing data, then aggregating and visualizing it for executive audiences.
* Demonstrated experience designing algorithms, OKRs, and models in a supply chain setting
* Experience coding in at least one language beyond SQL
* Direct experience working on engineering projects and/or in the Cloud industry
* Understanding of Big Data and ML concepts. Background working with complex enterprise data sets, including relational and non-relational data is a significant differentiator
* Understanding of statistics, including background with different types of modeling
* Regardless of education, a background in technology, business, and operations is very strongly preferred. Proven ability to build successful partnerships across diverse disciplines is a strong differentiator
* Technical fluency including basic understanding of Cloud concepts: large scale platforms, distributed services, hardware, and data centers
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and executive presentation abilities
* Supply Chain or Capacity Planning expertise such as background in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, designing, or analyzing supply chains
