Coral Shores Behaviroal Health is seeking a PRN Driver/Patient Transportation to join our team: Ensures adequate transportation using facility vehicle to transport patients to and from facility programs. Must have a valid driver's license and have an excellent driving record. . Must be flexible and be a team player. Serves as an active member of the clinical staff; maintains a therapeutic relationship with all patients; assists in maintenance of a safe, clean, therapeutic environment; assures patient participation in program activities; and performs technical/patient care duties relative to patients health and safety.

Qualifications

The Transporter is responsible for the safe transportation, via CSBH vehicle, of Inpatient and/or Outpatient patients who require transportation to and from offsite locations such as physician offices, diagnostic centers, ER's, Military bases, discharge placements, etc.

Requirements: High School Graduate/GED required

Active Florida Driving License and clean Driving record Required

Prior healthcare experience is a PLUS, Acute care setting preferred
