The UHS Corporate Marketing Department is hiring a Traffic Coordinator to keep the agency on track ensuring stakeholder satisfaction by knowing every aspect of the agency's processes.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Direct workflow through the production process to keep projects moving and meet deadlines.
* Enters new projects in the project management tool, creates project plans and schedules, sets deadlines, and continuously updates project status and maintains the project tracking system for all in-house projects
* Generates daily priority lists for department and serves as a liaison between the creative team and Traffic team regarding project revisions and approvals
* Maintains constant contact with Operations Team, Creative teams and facility Marketing Directors in order to track and update project status in project management system on a daily basis. Regularly communicates with facility Marketing Directors for additional project information, approvals, questions, etc.

* Works directly with Media team and Project Administrator Manager to ensure ads are completed and time sensitive project deadlines are met in timely and accurate manner

Qualifications

Associates degree with 1 - 3 years' experience.

* Solid understanding of the creative and production processes for advertising, graphic design, print, digital and social media
* Must be extremely organized, detail oriented; work efficiently to manage large project volumes with tight deadlines
* Exceptional ability to disseminate and communicate information in a fast-paced creative environment
* Must possess excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills; and have ability to handle pressure
* Coordinate with all team members and effectively convey project requirements
* Experience using Project Management Software, preferably Workfront
* Experience with MS Office
