Purpose & Objective of Position

SAP Sales Learning is an organization that focuses on the enablement of the sales organization. The Sales Coaching team is a sub-team of Sales Learning.

* Assist overall operation of daily functions for the Sales Coaching team and the Chief Learning Officer, SAP Sales
* Provide business support, including preparation of presentations and management documents
* Assist Sales Coaching team and CLO in the execution of strategic initiatives
* Support in Project Management activities
* Collaborate with different teams for the planning and execution of strategic initiatives

Expectations & Tasks

* Preparation, execution and follow up of strategic meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop project scope, timelines and action plans for executive support team projects
* Perform high-impact analysis & craft storylines that clearly articulate findings, insights and recommendations
