Responsible for management of responses for complex proposals, questionnaires and surveys and resolving proposal issues through project management, research, data gathering, analysis, writing and editing in accordance with brand standards, plain language and internal RFP style guide standards and leads completion of large group and/or custom proposals.

Collaborates with appropriate areas of the organization to manage most complex and highly visible/strategic proposals with a clear understanding of products, programs and sales strategy

Responds to the most complex proposal questionnaires using the proposal database or crating customized, proposal ready questionnaire responses based on proposal quotation strategy and customer priorities

Gathers information from source systems to independently complete the highest complexity proposals, including statistical data and sample materials required for the proposal response

Drives proposal strategy call discussion for the most complex and or/highest visibility proposals by leading strategic discussions of product, program and network offerings and taking accountability to communicate strategy to business partners through proposal and strategy summary documentation and identifies the need for/facilitates ongoing discussions

Serves as a team lead providing subject matter expertise and as a liaison for the department and larger sales support community by influencing key partners in order to gather strategic information to fill identified gaps in proposal content and crafts content for new products/programs

Required Qualifications
- 57 years proposal or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years behavioral health and/or EAP industry experience
- Experience with public and labor proposal writing
- Familiarity with Aetna Style Guide writing

Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
