JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our location in Lake County, Illinois currently has an opportunity for a Manager, Diversity & Inclusion Compliance.
Provides critical support to the Diversity & Inclusion Human Resources Compliance team with development and maintenance of various databases, conducts complex analyses, prepares reports, ensures data integrity and provides technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
WHAT YOULL DO
* Develops and maintains a set of standard queries and reports and ensures accuracy of data.
* Analyzes workforce data and prepares reports utilizing multiple methodologies and tight deadlines.
* Develops regular workforce demographic reports and creates dashboard measurements to gauge progress.
* Analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities.
* Works with the Diversity Inclusion HR Compliance Director and other internal resources to resolve data discrepancies.
* Ensure that city/state/federal employment obligations are met (in partnership with D&I Compliance Director).
* Provides key support in conducting internal audits of AAP compliance.
* Conducts regular analyses of diversity metrics, hires, promotions, and terminations.
* Prepares and submits the companys annual EEO-1 and VETS-100 reports to the federal government.
* Performs data analytics related to acquisition activities.
* Provides workforce data to line organizations and assists the organizations with responding to demographics-related inquiries during contract bidding process.
* Serves as technical point-of-contact to compliance and training functions.
* Compiles quarterly diversity/workforce data metrics by AAP location for trend reviews.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING
Minimum Experience:
* Bachelors degree required
* 8+ years of experience as an HR Analyst (able to develop and conduct people analysis)
* Deep understanding of scientific research and multi-variable statistical method
* Highly proficient with HRIS/Data tools such as SPSS, Workday, Tableau, Excel, etc.
* Able to work independently with minimal guidance
* Successful work experience in consulting and Project Management a must
* Knowledge of quantitative analysis and the usage of statistical reporting, narratives and statements, as well as experience analyzing trends and the creation of metrics
* Experience effectively articulating ideas and concepts (written and oral) to a variety of audiences, with clarity and persuasiveness
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, team environment
Preferred Experience:
* Masters degree
* Minimum 6 years of high level and progressively responsible professional work experience in HR across a broad range of disciplines, preferably with a Fortune 500 company
* 2+ years supervisory experience
* Workday experience
* Process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma) experience
