WHAT YOU'LL DO

The CRM Senior Product Owner is a balanced leader who has the overall responsibility of managing BCGs CRM and integrated products, creating and delivering a compelling vision that fits the needs of our stakeholders within the Marketing and Business Development space. As the CRM Senior Product Owner, you will
* Manage product definition and delivery, driving sprint goals and scope through prioritized stories
* Implement Agile principles and methodologies, including owning the team backlogs, defining and prioritizing epics, features, user stories and other artifacts to support development goals in collaboration with product management team
* Help implement proof of concepts and pilots to validate value of innovation, including defining project scope, requirements and success metrics
* Represent the voice of the customer by working with the broader team and stakeholders to understand user personas, pain-points and journeys
* Build relationships and trust across team members and with all levels of the BCG organization to collaborate and strive towards the teams goals and best outcomes
* Manage and facilitate meetings in a skilled manner that it is inclusive and collaborative in leadership style
* Proactively manage changes in project scope, identifying potential issues and devising contingency plans. React to change with flexibility, efficiency and good humor
* Provide and accept feedback to all project members on a regular basis regarding product, process improvements and other team issues

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Key technical skills, functional skills and qualifications that are required to be successful in the role. For example, subject matter expertise, five years experience preferred, business related degree etc. Its about knowledge and experience. Make clear what is a must have vs. a preferred skill. No more than three short paragraphs or five descriptive bullets.

* Experience with Agile development methodologies, user centred design and lean project processes
* BS or higher, preferably in Information Technology, Marketing Technology or similar
* 10 years related work experience, preferably in technology implementation
* Must have experience managing business requirements through all phases of the development lifecycle
* Must be able to facilitate meetings and workshops, keeping participants engaged, attaining outcomes and deliverables
* Technical skills
* CRM experience a must
* Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira or other management tools
* Strong experience with MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be a leader on the Marketing and Business Development Technology team which primarily collaborates across Marketing, IT and the Client Team. Your days will be spent working with all levels of the BCG organization including Managing Directors and Partners, their client teams, assistants. You will also work closely with external vendors.
