This person will be responsible for being the Supply Chain IPT lead for two businesses within the Product Support sub mission area of Raytheon Intelligence and Space. In this role you will be responsible for all Supply Chain activities for the Sensors and Missiles and Airborne product areas. In this role you will serve as the lead point of contact (POC) between the business area and all functional elements of IIS Supply Chain. Accordingly, this role will be responsible for providing SC guidance and direction to ensure the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and business goals are achieved. This person will have responsibility for SC plan; proposal support including Basis of Estimate (BOE) generation and management; Proposal review and approval; SC content forecasting; Risk and Opportunity Management; EAC input and reviews including Earned Value Management; IIS Supply Chain resource management. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to managing business area SC implementation performance, ensuring via implementation a high level of customer satisfaction enabling new business and the retention of legacy customers; Development and overseeing of Material Program Plans (MPP) and Strategies (MPS); Managing budget performance and staff administration. This team member will recommend and propose sound and creative business solutions and approaches to ensure business area results. This position will be based in Burlington, Massachusetts and will have responsibility for managing multiple subordinate Material Program Managers.
Required Skills:
Ten years of experience, preferably in US government and defense market supply chain activities.
Strong project management skills.
Strong knowledge of PRISM.
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and work in an IPT environment.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project).
Prior experience working on Department of Defense programs.
Prior experience with providing EAC inputs for labor and material.
Experience in Internal and External New Business Capture.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) contracts
Raytheon Six Sigma or equivalent.
Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) Certification.
A working understanding of the Integrated Product Development System (IPDS).
