Job Description

This position is CONTINGENT upon funding, an open position, customer approval, completion of a favorable background investigation, and the ability to obtain and maintain a USPS sensitive clearance.

An experienced Cyber Project Manager (IMC) is needed to support our customers Incident Management Control Process (IMC) program within its Operations Portfolio located in Morrisville, NC.

The IMC Process Area is documenting the Operationalization of the IMC Process(es) used to establish CISO requirements. In addition, they directly support cybersecurity incident problem, risk identification and management. This resource will be working with the CSOC Center of Excellence Evolution- RMM Team in refining requirements in identifying gaps and concerns of current response procedures for cybersecurity events, incidents, and problems, collecting and recording information from various sources, analyzing measurement/metric data, distributing information, and interacting with stakeholders.

Location : Falls Church, VA. Occasional travel to customer site in Morrisville, NC is expected.

Job responsibilities:

* The IMC program area is responsible for instantiating the Incident Management Control Process Area (IMC) RMM (Resilience Management Model) processes along with instantiating identified recommendations within the area.
* The resource will work closely with the Managers of Incident Response, Threat Operations, Threat Intelligence Unit, and the current program lead
* The candidate will be a Cyber Project Management expert who will focus on documenting the Operationalization of the IMC Process(es) used to establish CISO requirements.
* The candidate will work directly in support of cybersecurity incident problem, risk identification and management issues.
* The candidate will hold strong skills in project management, written and oral communication, collaboration, and strategy development. Lean management and knowledge of RMM a plus.
* The candidate will be working with the CSOC Center of Excellence Evolution- RMM Team in refining requirements in identifying gaps and concerns of current response procedures for cybersecurity events, incidents, and problems, collecting and recording information from various sources, analyzing measurement/metric data, distributing information, and interacting with stakeholders
* The program works very closely with Vulnerability Assessment, Risk Management and other CISO areas by writing, gathering and submitting evidence of activities

* Must have the ability to manage, plan and execute high quality deliverables with minimal oversight
* Strong organizational skills
* Experience and/or skillset to fulfill the responsibilities identified above
* Must be eligible to obtain a sensitive clearance Position of Public Trust and may be required to obtain a higher security clearance.
* 6+ years related experience for G09

Required Education:
Bachelors Degree in related field. Two years of related work experience may be substituted for each year of degree level education.

Desired Certifications:
Security +, CAP, CISSP, CCSP, or similar professional certification
