Job Description:
The candidate performs a variety of activities in support of program execution. The candidate serves as the program office point of contact with internal and external customers, suppliers and other Raytheon Technologies representatives. The candidate must possess initiative, the ability to exercise independent judgment and a drive for results in the performance of duties, execute with attention to detail. The candidate must be highly flexible, be a self-starter, successfully demonstrating the ability to execute tasks with limited supervision.
The successful person must have the ability to handle information of a sensitive and confidential nature as well as, exercise professionalism, tact and diplomacy in communications with visitors, the Leadership Team, leaders and employees.
Required Skills:

* Coordinate scheduling for appointments, meetings and conferences. May take meeting minutes and distribute those notes as needed.
* Create graphs, tables and narratives for presentations
* Manage/facilitate customer meetings; anticipates obstacles and changes
* Coordinate meeting agenda and attendee schedules/itineraries, as well as necessary materials to be distributed/shared with attendees
* Determine audio/visual or presentation requirements
* Create presentations/reports as requested
* Answer telephones, direct callers to the most appropriate sources for assistance, respond to routine questions and takes and/or distributes accurate and complete messages
* Maintain the suite conference rooms - equipment, room reservations, assist users with meeting set-up, etc; assist with managing closed area breakout rooms - reservations and coordinating cleaning services/facility requirements
* Must have proficiency with Microsoft office and other software to include, Outlook, Zoom for Government, and Skype
* Understanding and implementation of security protocols for classified meetings, SCIFs and international travel submissions to Security, Handling visitor and badge requests for both software factory and special access areas in conjunction with Program Security
* Assisting with on-boarding employees new to the Program
* Display proper protocol with Military/International Customers, handle registration and visit requests for conferences & amp; customer/consultant/supplier visits, set up meetings as required Ability to be a proactive and forward thinker for problem solving
* Ability to multi-task effectively with a positive attitude
* Able to work with minimal supervision and must have sound judgment
* Must be reliable organized, flexible and detail oriented
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrate a high standard of professionalism and discernment
* Performs other essential duties as assigned
Required Education:
High school, secondary school or equivalent with 4 years of experience
This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
