General Summary
The RF/Analog organization within QCA develops all RF, mixed-signal, and analog ICs for these complete wireless platforms. In order to drive our next phase of growth in cellular, wireless peripherals and 4G, we are expanding our RF/Analog Design Center. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with at least an MSEE or equivalent industrial experience. You will work closely with design teams to verify new signal path architectures and circuit topologies and develop functional models for detailed transistor-level design of highly-integrated RF/mixed-signal transceivers for wireless applications using advanced CMOS technologies.
You will
1.Develop design verification test benches
2.Write behavioral Verilog models of analog blocks.
3.Write behavioral VerilogAMS models.
4.Write functional verification tests for block level and radio chip level
5.Help diagnose, and verify chip level functionality, logging bugs and tracking results.
6.Help develop and maintain functional verification plans.
7.Help automate design verification flow.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
4+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.
2+ years experience with architecture and design tools.
2+ years experience with scripting tools and programming languages.
2+ years experience with design verification methods.
Physical Requirements
Frequently transports between offices, buildings, and campuses up to mile.
Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 5 lbs.
Performs required tasks at various heights (e.g., standing or sitting).
Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day.
Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely.
