Senior Associate II, Information Security Business Service Delivery

Location: Charlotte, NC/ Houston, TX

* Lead initiatives to implement, maintain, and enhance AIG cybersecurity posture through IT Security Business Services Delivery across the business units.
* Analyze and understand application data including GEAR risk attributes, security scanning/vulnerability results, to facilitate with the monitoring of high cyber risk applications across AIG.
* Work with the Software Security Assessment (SSA) Team to ensure application portfolios adhere to standards and recertification cadence.
* Create executive level communications, reports, and presentations based on data findings and analysis
* Serve as a subject matter expert /technical mentor in translating Cybersecurity requirements.
* Perform Business Analyst role in application security strategic projects including the implementation of the application cyber risk score and automating the determination of an applications security posture.
* Collaborate with Information Security Organization leads to deliver tactical and strategic work, and provide transparency and communications horizontally to all regional business unit Project Managers.
* Use analytics to identify critical security risks and recommend actions to improve. Review threat intelligence feeds from company cyber defense center and track remediation progress across AIG business units.
* Lead meetings, communicate status, assess risk/issues, and develop mitigation plans and resolutions.
* Work with regional business unit teams to embrace cybersecurity initiative scope
* Some travel may be required.

Qualifications:

5+ years of Information Technology and analytical experience.

4 year college degree; MBA or MS a plus.

Info Security and Risk Management experience a plus.

Fundamental knowledge of security concepts.

Skilled in data analysis and the creation of Power BI dashboards/reports

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

Knowledge of security scanning tools and ability to read through vulnerability data

Experience in creating process maps and recommending process improvement

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and across multiple time zones.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to communicate security risks in business terms to all levels of the organization
