Job Description
As a Manager of Data Analysis in IT Control, you can bring your analytical ingenuity and leadership to inform ITs decision-making. You will collaborate with IT leaders to understand their platform visions and uncover data-driven insights. This role will play a pivotal role in consulting with Telecom and Service Management platform leaders, identifying opportunities to describe and diagnose historical performance; and predict and prescribe future performance. Further, in this role you will lead and motivate a skilled team of data analysts to create and deliver the transparency and insights required to support and inform Telecom and Service Management platforms. Must-have qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics or Statistics or other related fields of study and 2 years in a supervisory/management role. - In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years' analyst experience and 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
