The Opportunity

The Home Care Digital Media Manager/Trader, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, is a new role within our US Dish In-House Media Team. The role supports the Dish business (Dawn, Cascade, Gain Dish) within North America Home Care. In this role youwill be an innovative and influential leader, whose primary focus will be planning, executing and optimizing all digital and social media campaigns. We will use your knowledge of the consumer, the marketplace and the digital landscape to execute high-impact digital campaigns. This will include audience and inventory strategy, campaign set up and ongoing optimization, test and learn support and measurement/reporting. Our team is small and nimble, but highly visible, influential and impactful within the organization.

Job Description

The Home Care Digital Media Trader/Manager will lead all executional details of digital media campaigns across social media and programmatic platforms, including but not limited to:

* Audience Creation.
* Tagging and Trafficking Creative Assets.
* Campaign set up in line with media strategy.
* Ownership and implementation of quality assurance standards and compliance with stewardship requirements for the digital media trading team.
* Analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvements and optimizations.
* Lead the set-up, execution and measurement of hypothesis-based test and learns ton continually drive consumer centric organizational understanding and capability.
* Successfully plan and manage to channel budgets. Support ongoing governance/proof of performance processes.
* Provide on-going reporting/measurement of campaigns and media investments.
* Collaborate with the Dish In-House Media teams to support the Dish brand teams in delivering digital media plans with excellence, building capability and influencing strategy.
* Develop and maintain productive relationships with external partners and publishers.

You will be responsible for accurate, on-time, in-budget campaign delivery. You should have a track record of success in trading across programmatic and social media.

* Technical Qualifications: Google Ads, Social Media (i.e. Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat) and Campaign Manager 360 and other similar programs are required such as Trade Desk or other DSPs.

Qualifications
Required:

* Bachelor's degree required.
* 1-6 years ofhands on experience in ad platforms like Trade Desk (or other DSPs), Google Ads, Facebook and other social buying platforms, and Campaign Manager 360.
* Track record of success in trading across programmatic & social media.
* Analytical experience with Excel or with similar software.
* Ability to relocate to Cincinnati, Ohio or already be located here.
