Job Description

As a SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for working with the SEO Lead to manage and implement SEO strategies and activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.



Key Responsibilities:

* Audit websites for SEO best practices and implement optimizations, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum search engine ranking potential
* Performing SEO website audits and assist in implementing SEO best practices
* Track, report, and analyze website analytics related to Search Engine Traffic
* Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
* Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
* Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
* Research and analyze competitor advertising links
* Develop and implement link building strategy
* Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
* Work with marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
* Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
* Implements the overall Search Engine Optimization (SEO) plan
* Researches and analyzes performance, competition, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Creating detailed plans for projects and projecting impact.
* Monitors key performance indicators to continually iterate on programs and improve performance.
* Uses established and new methodologies to accurately measure the success of projects.
* Builds cross-functional relationships and a network of resources.
* Influences others without authority through technical explanations and examples, keeping partner teams on track by prioritizing actions and following up on deliverables.
* Works with SEO analysts to develop plan of action to improve overall organic visibility and traffic for assigned areas.
* Develop process efficiencies to assist our fast-paced team
* Continuously further knowledge of SEO, with an emphasis on technical SEO Ability to prioritize workload based on time sensitivity, impact and of effort.
* Ability to troubleshoot and conduct root-cause analysis.

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of SEO experience
* Proven knowledge of Search Engine Optimization topics, tactics, and concepts
* Copywriting or technical writing experience
* In-depth experience with website analytics & SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Lighthouse, SEMRush)
* Working knowledge of HTML
* Experience with content creation for Pinterest, Facebook, & LinkedIn
* Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
* Experience with B2B eCommerce is a bonus

Preferred Skills

* Experience with international search engines & eCommerce sites like Seznam, Allegro
* Experience with site search platforms like Algolia & Bing Custom Search
* Experience presenting recommendations and/or public speaking
