71580BR Organizational Change Consultant ProfessionalJob DescriptionAs an Organizational Change Consultant on Cerner's Federal Change Management team you will collect and analyze data through interview, observation and informal discussion to understand an organization's culture, success factors, and barriers. Build strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. You will also need to understand success metrics, monitor change progress and provide updates on change readiness. You will also define and build a plan to address anticipated resistance and identify development opportunities for change sponsors.QualificationsBasic QualificationsA Bachelor's DegreeAt least 3 years of consulting work experienceReceipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your positionDue to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizenPreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, communications, Education, Healthcare Administration, related field or equivalent and relevant work experienceCertified Change Management Professional (CCMP) - Association of Change Management ProfessionalsAt least 2 years of change management work experienceAt least 2 years of Healthcare IT consulting work experienceClinical and hospital operations acumenHealthcare workflow impact analysisCerner Millennium Solution knowledgeExpectationsWilling to travel up to 80% as neededMust be located in the Kansas City metropolitan area or near a major international airportWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulationsWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of positionPerform other responsibilities as assigned Additional InformationApplicants for U.S.-based positions with Cerner must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
