Reporting to the Head of Americas DX Sales Operations, you will lead a robust team to drive sales strategy, analytics, and programs that impact the entire Americas business. You will think strategically but can also follow through in execution and operations. You are able to drive detailed analysis but can also synthesize your findings into executive-level communications.What you'll Do Define and drive critical initiatives focused on unlocking growth and providing clarity in executionDevelop and action productivity and performance reporting of sales management and individualsDeliver insights to the business through analysis and understanding industry trendsOptimize GTM strategy including core sales processes and productivity drivers, infrastructure and automation, regional performanceEstablish highly repeatable (and scalable) sales processes, automation, and reporting methodology that can be implemented across regionsDevelop and deliver presentations to senior executivesWhat you need to succeed 10 years of relevant experience; strategy and operations experience is a plusFive+ years leading direct and matrixed teamsExceptional problem solving and critical thinking skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsHighly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimum supervisionHeavily results-oriented; a consistent track record in meeting and/or exceeding revenue targetsAt Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists.
