Minimum Qualifications:
* Must be able to work as a team
* Must be able to pass a color test
* Must be able to follow all safety rules
* Must have good commutation skills with other team members
* Must be able to drive a Lift Truck.
* Basic math and English grammar skills
* This position will require you to work overtime with little or no prior notice
Job Tasks:
* Must place rolls of carpet on the Cut Table.
* Must be able to make a good, quality cut into the carpet using the cut table.
* Properly align carpet on cutting table to produce a cut into the carpet.
* Move the cut rolls to the Seaming area.
* The starting goal of the quantity cuts to produce is 6-10 cuts every two hours.
* Must identify defects on carpet rolls
* Must be capable of frequently stepping on and off cat-walk
* Must be able to continuously bend, twist, squat, and reach for duration of 8 hour shift
* Must be able to stand for duration of 8 hours
* Ability to lift 30 pounds
* Must be able to reach and maintain a pre-determined production requirements
* Must maintain good housekeeping for the area
* Ability to perform any other duties assigned by supervisor
