Primary Objective of Position:
Develop and deliver the Marketing strategy for Metrology and Strategic Partnerships across the Coriolis Sensor portfolio. Under minimal supervision, responsible for defining and prioritizing Coriolis product strategy as it relates to Certifications and Approvals, Weights and Measures, Calibration, Lab Partnerships and more. Socializes relevant relationships, promotes successes, and develops compelling assets and collateral to position Micro Motion as both a Coriolis technology leader and industry partner. Additionally, accountable for product ownership and marketing initiatives for an assigned segment of the core portfolio.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with Technology, Quality, Approvals, Operations, and other functional groups to identify opportunities to socialize distinctive competencies in the portfolio.
* Craft customer facing marketing assets and collateral that demonstrates a comprehensive portfolio offering.
* Prioritize and orchestrate approvals, certifications, and similar pursuits across the Coriolis sensor portfolio to align with the Marketing strategy and roadmap.
* Develop and execute strategies for maximizing in-tier competitive differentiation while maintaining alignment with the holistic portfolio positioning.
* Provide expertise and guidance to the broader Coriolis Product Marketing team regarding domestic and international regulations, agencies, and certification bodies.
* Integrate into relationships with 3rd party labs, universities, and similar strategic partners to leverage opportunities for Marketing and product strategy.
* Provides strategic marketing guidance at the intersection of practical and theoretical measurement performance effects.
* Collaborate closely with broader marketing staff and global business development managers to understand market dynamics and implications on product requirements and positioning.
* Product Management and ownership of marketing initiatives for a segment of the core portfolio.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in Weights and Measures, Approvals, Calibration, and additional metrological aspects of the Coriolis sensor portfolio.
* Education or experience interpreting and guiding expressions of uncertainty in measurement, confidence intervals, statistical analysis, test data, and measurement traceability.
* Comprehension of sources of measurement influence and potential contributions to lab and field performance.
* Proficiency collaborating with test labs, industry partners, and similar agencies (e.g. NVLAP, NMi, API, BLM, FDA, REACH/RoHS, etc.)
* In-depth knowledge of flow measurement equipment, process control, or other process instrumentation.
* Exposure to a diverse range of industries in the Industrial Automation segment.
* Experience working within a global organization and synthesizing requirements and priorities across multiple world areas.
* Strong knowledge of the functions and responsibilities across marketing, technology, sales, and operations.
* Demonstrated ability in long-term strategic planning and in executing a strategic plan through tactical achievement.
* Familiarity with a variety of digital marketing disciplines including web trends, online communication approaches, B2B digital strategies, and email/permission marketing.

Education:
* B.S. Degree is required.
* B.S. Degree in technical or business discipline is preferred.
* MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
* New product development and strategic planning experience is a plus.
Experience:
* 5+ years of relevant post graduate work experience.
* Experience submitting and navigating Weights and Measures certification process (NTEP, MC, MID)
* Experience collaborating with relevant industry partners Certification Bodies, Measurement Labs, Regulatory Agencies.
* Demonstrated knowledge of collateral creation and digital marketing.
* Process and control instrumentation experience preferred.
* Understands customer needs in key segments and can translate these needs into successful marketing programs that drive revenue growth.
* Excellent oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including excellent ability to write, edit and proofread content for different audiences.
* Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization to meet milestones.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary range for this role is $79,000 $123,600 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to this role.
