Provides contributions in the design, coding, testing, support and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software.

Job Responsibilities

* Working experience in automating different kind of applications like Web, Windows, Desktop, Mainframe, ERP using Automation Anywhere
* Collaborate with business and technical SMEs to define automations, business rules, and exceptions. Identify and deliver innovative solutions/services that provide greater automation, efficiency and accuracy to existing processes
* Contribute to and author solution design documents
* Identify and create reusable automation components
* Implement Bot throughput logging, auditing, and exception handling
* Support User Acceptance Testing with business and IT
* Support automations once in production

Qualifications

* 6+ years of professional experience
* 4+ years on experience with Automation Anywhere
* Object oriented programming with Microsoft .Net (VB and C) or VBA, Java Scripting, Python
* Familiarity with web service interaction (JSON/XML)
* Excellent communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
* Ability to work on own and in a team-oriented environment
* Strong use of Microsoft Office productivity tools including, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint
* Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
* Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
* Strong written and verbal communications skills
* Understanding and ability to work under varying project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
* Experience with Blue Prism, Pega Robotics OpenSpan and other RPA platforms a plus.
