What You'll Do

In this position you will play a key role in managing and enhancing critical components of Ally's leading edge online digital banking experience. You will collaborate with multiple internal & external teams to deliver & operate high visibility projects and technology. You will also be part of our innovation team creating new value-add services for Ally customers.

What You'll Need

* Interest in working for a fast paced technology organization and working with leading edge technologies in the Mobile, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Biometric and Voice Recognition areas
* Experience in Contact Center Production Support Operations, Contact Center Technologies and Contact Center strategies
* At least four years' experience in IT systems administration and application program support, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
* Experience handling large amounts of data and desire to learn various data analysis and visualization tools (Splunk, Power BI, Tealeaf)
* Experience with Salesforce Administration will be considered favorably
* Experience with Workforce Optimization toolsets (Verint I360 and NICE WFM) will be considered favorably
* Courses related to statistics, data analysis, systems engineering, operating/information systems, and general computer science and mathematics
* Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
* Knowledge of Network fundamentals
* Ability to effectively communicate with internal & external teams including fintech vendors
* Desire to work in a collaborative & team focused environment
* Eagerness to learn on the job -- including the tools, tricks and techniques needed to get the job done and be successful in a modern IT organization
* Desire to join a company where you can grow your skills and your responsibilities
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant fields
* Ability to occasionally work off-hours / weekends
* 1+ years of Technical Experience in working in a team environment with technology applications
* 1+ years of experience with data analytics & operations
