Work Hours/Shift:

* Full-Time, Monday Friday

You Will Be Responsible For:

* Solicits and incorporates input from peers, customers, and management for process improvements.
* Adheres to quality standards and procedures based on national standards. Reviews quality assurance documentation and checks compliance. Reviews current literature and attends training sessions or seminars to keep informed of new developments in the field.
* Gathers business requirements to support and define project scope across multiple business units and organizations.
* Identifies and proposes opportunities for process improvement and prepares written documentation and business requirements for wellness and population health management programs. Responsible for attending various types of meetings at different campuses as required.
* Supports the leadership team in developing employee and employer programs, audits progress towards goals, and defines client solutions by creating conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
* Assists in developing insightful communications to share with clients and internal/external stakeholders and effectively prepares and presents documentation.
* Builds strong relationships with leadership, customer, and peers. Communicates appropriately and effectively with stakeholders, customers, and supervisors, maintaining awareness of any issues, potential delays, and any situation of concern that may affect the productivity of supported programs, processes, and systems.
* Effectively uses past experiences and job knowledge to identify and resolve program implementation issues within area of responsibility. Involved in problem-solving issues related to program delivery, and program engagement.
* Understands and is proficient with business needs and industry trends as well as application functions and consistently applies these principles. Utilizes knowledge and understanding of applications used to support population health and other related applications.
* Multitasks including training customers and staff.
* Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Analytics department. Automatically looks for extra work as workload permits.

Qualifications
What You Will Need:

Education and Experience Required:

* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, information technology, healthcare-related field or equivalent experience AND
* A minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare setting or computer science or operational support/analysis

Knowledge and Skills Required:

* Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff - executives and management as well as external contacts - consultants and physicians
* Ability to conduct oneself professionally, maintain confidence and confidentiality, as well as integrity and objectivity
* Ability to gather business requirements, to support and define project scope across multiple business units and organizations
* Ability to make sound recommendations with sound analysis that add significant and broad benefits to the organization
* Aptitude for learning and utilizing software tools and applications
* Written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills and business case development skills
* Ability to read and comprehend functional manuals and instructions
* Detail-oriented, with good organizational, follow-up, and computer skills
* Skills to implement advance strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements, as well as design and review of test cases
* Ability to prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-up
* Ability to plan and monitor projects to completion
* Ability to be self-motivated requiring negligible management supervision
* Ability to create business processes documents and data flow diagrams to help improve business processes

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst is responsible for engaging with the internal teams, Population Health Service Organization (PHSO), and Clinical Integrated Network (CIN) stakeholders in reviewing key business needs, and to guide program delivery, collaborate on product selection, document business processes, and analytical needs, and become a subject matter expert on analytical tools. The Analyst will assist in guiding the programs related to health and wellness, population health management, and practice support. Works and communicates under general direction of the Analytics executive and management team. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
