Work Hours/Shift: 6am-2:30pm or12:30pm-9:00pm
Full Time Day Shifts and rotating weekends
You Will Be Responsible For:
* Porter PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains condition and cleaning of floors, dishroom equipment, potsink, work station and equipment used in performance of all duties.
Empties department trash cans and removes trash to the dock for compacting and placement in appropriate containers.
Drains and cleans dish machine at designated times.
Monitors and records dish machine temperatures at designated times, PSI and corrective actions on logs.
Monitors and records pot sink sanitation levels on log as indicated.
Participates in dish room duties of dumping, loading and unloading.
Washes pots and pans in 3 compartment sink as needed.
Uses cleaning chemicals correctly and in required concentrations.
Performs other duties as assigned in caf, catering, and/or production.
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
Must have basic math skills and ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English
Good customer service skills required.
Computer skills required
Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the FANS director and management team, the cashier assists in the preparation, set up, serving and sales of food and beverage in the cafe. Operates cash register. Cleans and sanitizes work areas, front of house equipment and maintains safety standards.
