You will be responsible for utilizing analytical and operational expertise to 1) partner with sales leadership to drive strategic goals 2) increase understanding of drivers that influence sales performance and 3) ensure timely and quality execution of required operational processes for optimum business planning.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

* Effectively communicate and partner with internal and external partners to gain agreement on business objectives and the action plan to achieve them.
* Demonstrate a strategic approach to achieve business objectives by asking strategic questions, aligning resources, developing an action plan, and evaluating action plan results.
* Maintain subject matter expertise with service and sales data sources and tools and apply this expertise to deliver high quality data and actionable insights.
* Consistently implement all operations protocols, procedures, and standards in a timely manner.
* Contribute to the teams performance, actively collaborate within and beyond the team to design and ensure agreement around solutions.
* Foster an environment of candor and support for voicing ideas and overcoming concerns, including advancing own and others ideas through influence.

Accountability:

* Foster a strong collaborative culture
* Provide strong leadership and project management skills
* Ensure stakeholders are kept informed of critical-path progress and variances from plan
* Serve as a liaison between sales, service, marketing, finance, IT, etc.
* Support the execution of all phases of critical projects
* Respond proactively to potential delays in a manner that reduces or eliminates the risk of delay or disruption
* Ensure processes are simplified and easy to understand and execute

Essential Requirements:

* BA or BS degree required with 9+ years of experience; MBA, Masters is a plus with 7+ years of experience.
* Sales Operations / Sales Analytics experience.
* Proven ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate insight and recommendations.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, details oriented with focus on quality and accuracy.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

* 5 or more years of Analytics expertise; preferably in the healthcare industry.
* Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional partners in a collaborative, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in interacting with internal and external partners.
* Reporting and data analytics tools like Excel, SAS, Power BI, Qlikview, Spotfire, Tableau, Business objects.
* Experience with incentive compensation, field reporting, customer segmentation, field force sizing and business planning are strongly desired.
