The Manager Campaign Management is responsible for developing and implementing the e-mail and other 1:1 communication marketing strategy. This position is the internal business subject matter expert and user for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This key role is responsible for evolving the current communication strategies to be data driven and customer focused.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Oversee email and other 1:1 communication program for both B2C & B2B channels, leading overall strategy, creative direction, daily calendaring and operations, new capability requirements, monitoring campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
* Manage day-to-day marketing activities in SFMC including campaign set-up, creating workflows and queries, customer journey logic, audience targeting, scheduling, A/B testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, reoccurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
* Serve as Salesforce Marketing Cloud business SME in the organization. Create and manage workflows, technical workflows, list import and export processes, set up accounts and permissions, whitelisting IPs, monitor and manage reports, create and manage data imports/exports processes.
* Oversee & monitor weekly deliverability rate, inbox rate, spam rate, and read rate of all the campaigns. Manage reputation of sending IP (s). Knowledge of industry rules and regulations including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CCPA.
* Identify and develop data-driven, automated marketing tactics that advance customers along their lifecycle, including architecting targeted communications (i.e. email trigger flows, SMS, push, etc). based on insights; clearly focused on segmentation and an understanding of customer journeys.
* Own and optimize email programs, ensuring the implementation of email best practices to maximize inbox deliverability, open rates, and success driving customers to engage further with our brand, while maintaining an appropriate cadence.
* Understand, map out and analyze user journeys to develop marketing programs for different behavioral segments.
* Drive enhancements of communication capabilities around messaging, channels, and targeting/personalization strategies.
* Improve key performance indicators (KPI's) such as open rates and click rates.
* Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features. Ensure all templates are all mobile friendly.
* Analyze campaign performance and make real time improvements to copy, calls to action, imagery, subject line and other attributes.
* Establish campaign processes that are efficient and enable the ability to quickly take advantage of business opportunities.

Qualifications

* BS in Marketing or relevant field, MBA preferred.
* 5+ years of professional experience in email marketing & analytics preferably in retail.
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience required, relevant Salesforce Professional Certification preferred.
* Experience with segmentation and targeting strategies.
* Experience with trigger email & lifecycle programs.
* Proven track record of delivering complex 1:1 digital communication programs from inception to delivery.
* Strong analytical skills: Familiarity with multivariate testing and able to analyze campaign performance to evolve e-mail strategies.
* Comprehensive understanding of email best practices such as subject lines, messaging, dynamic emails, customer segmentation, HTML/CSS, responsive design, and deliverability.
* Extreme attention to detail: customer journey logic, audience targeting.

Working Conditions

This is a corporate office position located near Cleveland, OH in a rewarding and fast-paced environment. Position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills in addition to being comfortable in engaging groups of any size.

Physical Requirements

Position requires extensive sitting, viewing and utilizing computer equipment, keyboarding, listening and speaking with telephone equipment, walking and occasionally lifting 10 to 40 lbs.
