Job Description

Position Summary

The Regulatory Compliance Assistant is responsible for tracking and submitting regulatory filings to relevant federal and state agencies in an accurate, timely, and compliant manner for NGLs Water Solutions business segment. This role partners with the Operations Team to collect the data necessary for adherence to regulatory requirements and provides administrative assistance to the Director, Regulatory Affairs and as needed, to the Safety Director.

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist requires a highly organized, meticulous professional who possesses the technical competence to navigate diverse online systems along with Microsoft Excel expertise and strong communication skills.

General Duties and Responsibilities

* Collect, organize, track, and file data.
* Research, understand, and submit compliance reports ahead of deadlines. Gather and enter information to complete RRC Forms H5, P18, H10, P5, as well as various forms in New Mexico, Colorado and Wyoming, and others as required.
* Create, maintain, and meet schedule of regulatory filing requirements (watch timetable).
* Enter pipeline allocations into specified system (TTS).
* Update and maintain well list tracking for all areas of business.
* Assist in data production and other tasks related to regulatory audits.
* Provide administrative assistance to the Director, Regulatory Affairs and to the Safety Director.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Regular attendance at the worksite is required.

Position Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work across all teams and levels of the Company.
* Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy are a must.
* Proficiency in MS Office Product Suite Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and strong Excel competency is required.
* Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation.
* Sound professional judgement.
* Ability to anticipate, resolve, and/or escalate potential issues.
* Technical skills to learn and use large-scale online databases.
* A natural multiple-tasker and team player.
* Ability to work overtime (> 40 hours per week) as necessary.
* Ability to be a positive representative of the Company both internally and externally.
* Ability to work with respect and cooperation at all times with fellow employees and customers.
* Must be committed to working safely at all times.

Experience/Education:

* High school diploma / GED is required.
* 1-2 years of administrative experience working in a fast-paced, highly deadline-drive environment is preferred.
* Exposure to or familiarity with, regulatory compliance is a plus.

Travel:

Negligible travel required.

Compensation Range

The Retail Propane segment sells propane, distillates, and equipment and supplies to end users consisting of residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial customers, as well as resellers.

The Refined Products and Renewables segment markets gasoline, diesel, ethanol, and biodiesel products; and purchase and delivers refined petroleum and renewable products. This segment also purchases and markets unfinished gasoline blending components for subsequent blending into finished gasoline for third parties. NGL Energy Holdings LLC serves as the general partner of the company. The company was founded in 1940 and is headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
