The Search Product team is responsible for delivering the platform that helps our customers discover the right products and services that Walmart has to offer. The team leverages sophisticated machine learning, data science and big data technologies to understand customers intent and provide relevant product and services through the best possible experience. The team also provides tools to our internal stakeholders to help promote and discover new items and experiences, our associates to fulfill our customers needs, and provide feedback to our merchants on products, customers need. We serve billions of queries to serve up hundreds of millions of products, at an unparalleled scale, product & service diversity and fulfillment methods.

Youll make an impact by:
* Reimagining the largest Omni Search platform with a group of talented product managers, platform engineers, and data scientists to deliver industry leading experience for all customers
* Defining product vision and strategies for Search you will use your expertise in product Search, internal and external best practices & innovations, building business cases, and approving objectives
* Developing and enhancing Search products you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
* Crafting and developing solutions to large business challenges you will communicate business and customer needs to key partners to implement products and timelines
* Driving business plans and projects you will identify the customer and operational needs of the product
* Developing and implementing strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent.
* Cultivating an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy.

Minimum Qualifications...
