Accountable for contract adjudication, analysis, and customer interaction in support of our Companys managed care agreements. This position will support various contracts within the Health Plan / Pharmacy Benefits Management (HP/PBM) segment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical, business, and financial acumen, and will maintain the highest level of compliance with contract terms and conditions, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.

The candidate will support internal stakeholders and provide strong partnership with our Companys external managed care customers in the administration, performance reporting, and analysis of all HP/PBM agreements entered into by our Company that involve discounts, rebates, and other payments based on the purchase and use of our Company's products. This includes ensuring the accuracy of calculated discounts and compliance with mandated government pricing programs.

Tasks Include:

* Use of our Company's systems to support contract administration and rebate payment processing for a diverse range of HP/PBM customers

* Advisement and consultation with key internal stakeholders regarding contract terms and conditions

* Validation of data and assessment of customer compliance with contract terms

* Advanced analytical and reporting support for the HP/PBM customer segment that leverages in-depth knowledge of customer data, trends, and contract performance

* Building and developing internal and external customer relationships, including the ability to engage in discussions to resolve issues and maintain and grow access to our Company's products

Education:

* B.S./B.A.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 years of in data analysis and interpretation of data

Preferred:

* MBA

* At least 2 years in one of the following fields:

* Managed Care/Managed Care Contracting

* Accounting

* Finance

* Forecasting

* Government Pricing

* Has worked with Model N and / or Customer Contract Management operations

* Knowledge of the managed healthcare environment

* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

* Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Access, COGNOS and SQL is ideal but not required

* Customer engagement, communication, and support skills

* Effective organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

* Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills
