Honeywell's Connected Enterprise is hiring a DesignOps Producer to continue building the DesignOps practice. As a DesignOps Producer you will advocate for and empower our designers and researchers through operationalizing efficient ways of working, driving and tracking achievable commitments.
As a DesignOps Producer, you will:
* Collaborate effectively as part of a team and thinks divergently to explore multiple possible solutions and paths
* Engage to evolve our internal processes by bringing the latest-and-greatest insights, tools, and processes from industry
* Support and develop ideas to be presented in front of the design, product, development and executive teams
* Seek new technologies and techniques to expedite performance of internal platforms
* Support the management team with effective team communication, proactive problem solving, information distribution
* Work closely with UX and product leadership manage to key initiatives
YOU MUST HAVE
* Experienced in project or product management with 2 years desired
WE VALUE
* Knowledge of how to manage programs in JIRA and Confluence
* Highly organized with good time management skills
* Self-motivated & highly adaptable, able to work autonomously
* Interested in User Experience Design
* Able to work effectively across multiple teams and projects in a time sensitive capacity
* Have excellent written and oral communication skills
* Prior experience or training in Agile product development
* Previous work within a SaaS and/or B2B organization
* Training or work experience as a user experience designer or UX researcher
* Experience with design tools such as Figma, InVision, Sketch, Abstract and UserTesting
