This role will support Honeywell Building Technologies marketing transformation with execution of key campaigns and digital marketing activities for Honeywell Building Solutions. As the owner of core campaigns, you will work with the team to define go-to-market, marketing mix, personas and the customer decision journey. As well as managing the campaign end-to-end including measuring impact of end user activities. Working with the team leads for Digital you will be responsible for measuring and analyzing tactical KPIs such as email open and conversion rates, social engagement and strategic KPIs such as marketing generated revenue and ROMI. The ideal candidate will have experience with emerging digital channels with a keen eye for creative driven solutions and have experience marketing to commercial end users.

Responsibilities:

* 40% - Develop content for Americas marketing messages and presentations for meetings such as sales conferences, customer conferences etc. Work with the regional sales teams to establish a customer case study program
* 15% Work with the regional teams to provide budget updates monthly
* 20% Work with the Digital & Social Leader for HBS to provide monthly funnel tracking and top campaign ROMI tracking
* 15% - Support awareness and drive engagement around Customer Marketing priorities which impact disparate parts of the organization through communications, discovering opportunities for wider dissemination of key messages and initiatives led out of the CM organization.
* 10% - Conceive, develop and deploy communications campaigns in support of the Honeywell Building Solution business as a member of the global customer marketing team.

YOU MUST HAVE

* Bachelor's degree
* 3 plus years of dedicated marketing experience with commercial end user marketing
* Knowledge of entire digital marketing mix and tactics and how to align with business growth targets and marketing automation processes
* 2 plus years experience with PowerPoint, Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo and SFDC or similar tools
