The Marketing & Customer Experience team works with all departments across the Multifamily Division to coordinate marketing activities for our customers. This includes direct email communications and informational materials, our website, customer education, and the conferences and events we host plus our presence at industry events!

Our Impact:
Planning and implementing marketing programs and/or projects that support Multifamily Division priorities and objectives for customer education, networking opportunities, customer satisfaction, and volume goals. This team member identifies and develops new marketing program opportunities and marketing plans, estimates costs, and manages program/project budgets. Additionally, this individual interacts with senior staff and customer personnel on all levels while coordinating across organizational lines.
This person will independently develop solutions that are innovative, thorough, and practicable while working under limited direction. Work is evaluated during the planning process and upon completion for adequacy in satisfying objectives.
Your Impact:
Program management and planning
* Act as program manager to plan and execute a variety of in-person or virtual meetings and events (10-300 people) and support the planning and execution of larger conferences and events (up to 1,500 people) independently or coordinating with an assembled team of MCE SMEs.
* Contribute to the planning and execution of Customer Education Workshops by providing event planning support.
* Contribute to the management of the MCE meetings and events budget, with special focus on FHFA Directive-related expenses.
Execution
* Work with Multifamily MarComm, Customer Education, MarTech teams and Creative Services, Corporate Communications, Corporate Events, Reprographics and Shipping departments, and external vendors to plan and execute all goals and tasks of a program.
* Provide onsite support to include managing hotel staff and vendors, direction and coordination for Multifamily staff, and registration desk support.
Support
* Maintain Freddie Mac Multifamily and industry conference calendar for awareness of industry events. Also maintain Multifamily Events mailboxes, including sending invitations and replying to emails.
* Manage Multifamily Event Request and Speaker Request form and process (via SharePoint) and its workflow. Coordinate with Corporate Communications on all Speaker Requests for approval.
Manage Adoption and Usage of Asana
* Act as the Asana SME for Marketing & Customer Experience and Business Management, regularly monitoring the adoption and usage of Asana.
* Develop Asana 'Best Practices' for the team.
* Provide guidance and training on Asana usage, including guidance to other teams within Multifamily who are on-boarding Asana.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of relevant meeting and event/marketing, operations, and project management experience
* Strong customer service orientation along with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with budgeting and expense resolution
* Experience working with senior executives and customers
* A history of successfully self-starting and working in a collaborative and creative group environment with dynamic roles
* Demonstrated experience in determining objectives, developing plans to achieve them and leading execution
* Direct and indirect people management
* Experience dealing with external vendors and service providers and coordinating their activities
* Willingness to travel in the U.S. to support conferences or events when Freddie Mac protocols allow for business travel
* PMP or CMP certification desired but not required
