Our Ecolab largest North American plant is currently looking for a Production Team Leader. As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for all metrics of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people development for a production area across all shifts. Displays ownership mentality to keep equipment healthy through TPM tools and to develop and engage the production associates through HPO tools to do the same. Direct reporting responsibility for production associates working in the production area. Acts as the single point of contact for activities and work in the area. Analyzes losses, develops strategic plans, and coaches team to improve these metrics. Develops standards, work processes, staffing strategies, and maintenance strategies. Serves as area liaison to interface with support departments and report results through daily operations meetings.

* Oversee department maintenance strategies

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Previous manufacturing related experience

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in engineering or related science
* Previous supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
* Previous experience in a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) environment
* Experience with SAP
* Minimum 3 years of production experience in a in a food, chemical, beverage, or related batch manufacturing environment
* Minimum 3 years of previous supervisory experience
