Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst, Operations

Location: Conyers, GA

What were looking for:

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will perform Operational financial reporting & analysis, in order to drive optimized Operations efficiency & output across all of our US manufacturing production sites. This role will partner with operations leaders across the company, inclusive of the VP, Operations, to provide proactive analytics, business transparency & understanding, and key decision support. This individual will develop & implement key operations metrics, routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting to Operations leadership, variance analyses, information consolidation and data analysis. This role reports to the Finance Leader, Functions.

What youll be responsible for in this role:

* Proactively review plant conversion cost metrics, to identify cost improvement opportunities to optimize company profitability
* Develop financial models to enhance visibility on operational performance
* Consolidate key weekly metrics from all production sites & facilitate weekly updates with executive leadership
* Facilitate review process on capital spending requests, ensuring that proper due diligence is performed & business teams are held accountable to achieving committed returns on invested capital
* Partner with operations leaders to track & forecast key productivity programs, inclusive of labor improvements, sourcing optimizations and overhead reductions
* Partner with our business unit finance & cost accounting teams to help drive increased cost visibility and understanding
* Support footprint optimization analyses & other strategic operational efforts
* Analyze longer-term financial trends to better understand ongoing plant performance
* Leverage global visibility to drive best practices in processes & reporting across all manufacturing plants across the company
* Help drive Business Intelligence automation & adoption
* Develop strong relationships with operations leaders & other key stakeholders
* Provide ad hoc financial operational analysis, as needed

What are the basic qualifications?

* Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
* 5+ years of financial reporting & analysis experience, with preference in supporting supply chain or operations

What are the preferred qualifications?

* Strong knowledge & experience with financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting
* Advanced Microsoft Excel and data-mining ability

* Willing and capable of learning new systems and tools (e.g. Khalix, Hyperion, Oracle BI, Power BI)
