How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
* Support manager to ensure all new contracts meet prescribed standards, existing agreements are being administered to contractual obligations, and profitability is being maximized for all agreements
* Responsible for ensuring MRO Services, DMS and DFP business process are compliant with regulatory and internal requirements
* Manage projects to streamline and improve business processes
* Support the design and maintenance of MRO, DFP and DMS agreements to a standard by product line in order to reduce contract variation
* Assist Corporate Audit and Third Party Auditors for all business process and compliance matters
* Implement audit programs to ensure that pricing escalations are accurate and completed timely, breach of contract conditions are being measured, invoicing is accurate, and general contract terms are being administered properly
* Implement and maintain service level agreements in accordance with contractual terms
* Coordinate communication and corrective action for MRO Services Team concerning IT solutions, QA findings, business processes, contracting matters, and FAA business matters
* Support effort to fully develop and maintain Salesforce as the single input system for MRO Services and key stakeholders to improve internal communication and drive efficiency
* Develop metrics to drive performance and to identify root causes for service delivery failures
* Support effort to streamline and improve business processes for the MRO Services Team and for data sharing between other Internal Business Units
* Coordinate with local FAA Liaison and Delta Repair Station Team to ensure business processes are compliant with regulatory and internal requirements
* Lead projects to obtain new regulatory certifications with QA and governing bodies
* Coordinate all customer repair station audits with QA and Internal Business Units
* Maintain working knowledge of business processes and business specific automation products
* Support and achieve world-class business practices by seeking and implementing process improvements and IT solutions or enhancements
* Develop both strategic and tactical plans which create a safety conscious environment that results in employee safety and well-being
* Participate as core team member in contract negotiations and closing new sales opportunities
* Develops highly effective cross-divisional relationships
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

* Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
* Minimum of a Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or operations related field and/or 5+ years of related experience is required
* Five plus years of progressive leadership responsibilities in either the aerospace, airline industry, or large complex manufacturing environment is required
* Proven experience either in developing IT solutions or working on major IT implementation projects in a team based environment
* Proven track record of problem solving skills and ability to use analytical tools is required
* Experience implementing lean, six sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is highly preferred
* Experience leading successful large scale departmental or organization projects is required
* Must be highly proficient in written and oral communications and be able to produce concise, relevant, strategically driven documents and presentations to senior leaders
* Demonstrated experience in managing complex processes within cross-functional teams
* Ability to manage and execute multiple priorities in a timely manner
