Cybersecurity Advisor Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication

Remote - Eastern or Central US

What youll achieve

As part of Dells Security & Resiliency organization, the Identity Authorization Management (IAM) team delivers and supports processes and technologies used to manage the lifecycle of digital identities and their access to Dell resources.



You will:

* Troubleshoot highly complex, intricate technical problems and be the escalation point in complex, critical instances.

* Investigate major service interruptions and resolutions to ensure future stability of technology platforms including root-cause analysis and preventative projects

* Creates communication plans (correspondence, presentations and other materials). Supports as an on-call resource and supports maintenance, change activities

* Assists in defining, documenting, and clarifying business requirements; guide others in business requirements documentation

* Develop service artifacts, documents, inventories and usage data

Essential Requirements

* 5+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelors degree or equivalent.

* Expertise in RSA SecurID (Authentication Manager).

* Expertise in PingFederate

* Expertise with Redhat LDAP and Oracle Unified Directory

* Scripting capabilities

* Knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow



Desirable Requirements

* Industry related certifications (SANS, Security +, CISSP, ITIL)

* Certification in automations (automation anywhere, UIPath or others)

* Java, Docker or Kubernetes

* PKI
