The Director, Head of Marketing will lead the marketing function supporting our Retail and Branded Wholesale businesses. strategies and initiatives. They will leverage customer insights and analytics to develop successful marketing strategies that deliver incremental sales growth to our business. They will own the entire marketing process, from strategy development through execution and measurement. They will be responsible for managing and cultivating our brand, and deliver high impact programs across in-store, digital, offline, and loyalty. They will lead a team of marketers and external partners (creative, media, etc.) and own the marketing budget.
This role promotes and maintains the brand image at local, national or international levels. Coordinates marketing strategies, including packaging, pricing, expense budgets, advertising and promotion of the brand. Develops associated advertising campaigns for the brand.
Job Responsibilities:
-Overseeing marketing team. Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.
-Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing initiatives and campaigns.
-Partnering with Category Managers to develop marketing programs that profitably drive sales and margin growth.
-Lead the strategy, development and execution of Omni channel Loyalty marketing and CRM initiatives to optimize acquisition, retention, win-back, personalization and promotional strategies.
-Ownership of overall marketing calendar (including in-store, digital, offline, and loyalty)
-Building brand awareness and positioning.
-Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
-Coach, mentor, and invest in team members to be the best marketers
-Communicate across functions and drive marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications Education, Skills & Experience:
At least 10 years of related experience. At least 3 years of management experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Master's or MBA degree typically preferred.
