Public Figure Program Analyst, Media Community Development

Job Description

Facebook is seeking a Public Figure Program Analyst to join the Community Development team. The Community Development team's mission is to connect media partners with their audiences and help them meet their objectives through solutions across Facebook's family of apps. The focus of this role will be on understanding and quantifying opportunities for delivering value to public figures. The successful candidate will leverage internal and external data sources to define program strategy, support and improve the team's process and measure program performance for future iteration, all with the goal of helping thousands of public figures meet their desired outcomes.

Public Figure Program Analyst, Media Community Development Responsibilities

* Develop data-centric strategies to drive effective scaled programs for media partners across lead acquisition, product engagement and growth education

* Build data pipelines, queries and reporting from multiple data sources (internal and external) to generate partner datasets for marketing and program managers to leverage

* Analyze and rigorously measure results and make data-driven recommendations for optimization of future programs and campaigns

* Understand partner performance and collaborate with key stakeholders to inform and understand analyses by providing suggestions for best metrics to be used

* Partner with program managers and partner managers to help define strategy, create metrics to evaluate success and measure impact of outreach channels and service models for media partners

Minimum Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience working in a data analytics role or equivalent function

* 3+ years of experience working with SQL (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.)

* BA/BS degree

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with A/B testing

* Experience at a consumer technology or media company

* Experience in growing scalable programs for Sales or Partnerships teams

* Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment

* Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact

* Presentation experience and communication skills
