Reporting to the Director of Critical Care, this position is accountable for continuing management and leadership of the Cardiac Care and Respiratory unit. Responsibilities include meeting regulatory and national standards, employee development, conflict resolution and maintaining professional standards for patient care delivery. The Cardiac Care Clinical Manager is responsible for supporting Crestwoods mission statement and plan for the provision of patient care. The incumbent will support the hospital leadership in a highly diverse range of issues such as providing clinical expertise for patient care, maintaining regulatory standards for EMTALA, TJC, or CMS and ensuring appropriate leadership with employee relations, injuries and job performance.
