Job Summary

Responsible for administrative audits, sales reports, and client activity for Product Sales Support team. Provides analytical and statistical support and prepares standard sales forecasts, budgets, projections, and other management reports. Has in-depth Company systems and tools experience, knowledge, and skills in own discipline. Assertive self-motivation determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

* Audit sales and real estate contracts
* Proficiency in multi-dwelling unit residential contract tools, policies, and procedures
* Build, manage, and maintain cross-functional relationships
* Develops and manages sales reporting system to provide adequate data and analysis for team use, and strategic data and analysis for management
* Coordinates maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting, including recommendation of system changes
* Generates project financial estimates using in-house tools and programs
* Generates monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of sales team sales performance
* Captures and updates ad hoc reporting materials to provide management customized reports
* Consistent exercise of independent judgement and discretion in matters of significance
* Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
