CHS has an exciting summer internship opportunity within the Energy Division. We are looking for a Sales Operations Intern to support our Energy Equipment team. The intern will assist in a variety of projects in support of sales and customer interaction. You must be detail oriented, creative and analytic, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Key Job Responsibilities:
* Support with projects supporting the Energy Equipment team.
* Updating Shopify E-commerce webstore products and marketing
* Partner with Account Managers assisting in daily sales and administrative duties
* Performs customer service and account maintenance duties for established, stable customers/markets.
* Focus on sales targets, new business development, maintaining and growing customer relationships, conduct outbound sales calls and manage the basics of the business.
* Partner with customers to solve product and service needs.
* Help market and sell value added programs & services.
* Partner with Account Managers to gain supply and marketing, regulatory, and product knowledge.
* Assist with event coordination.
* Assist in all areas of the department where needed.
Basic Qualifications: (required)
* Pursuing a Bachelor or Graduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related degree program
Preferred Qualifications: (desired)
* Previous customer service experience
* Adobe Creative Suite coursework and/or experience
* Petroleum Equipment experience (Propane, Lubricant, DEF, and Refined Fuels systems)
* Knowledge of Operating Systems
* JDE
* CRM
* Shopify (webstore) experience
* Experience working in a team environment
