Program Analyst, Senior

We have an opportunity for a consultant to join our team as we work with our clients to develop and execute mission-essential priorities in real-time.
On our team, youll help project leadership to monitor cost, schedule, and performance using tools like Microsoft Project and Power BI and have frequent interactions with staff leadership and our clients. The real power of project analysis comes from communication, so youll create various reports and presentations and assist with recommendations for improvement to project leadership. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so youll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. This is a chance to develop your analysis skills while gaining project management experience. You Have:
-10+ years of experience with supporting programs in the DoD, military, or government environments
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook
-Ability to prioritize tasks and provide parallel support efforts to various workstreams
-Ability to contribute to discussions with working staff and leadership to diagnose, analyze, and identify issue resolutions
-Top Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
Nice If You Have:
-Ability to speak or present to the C-uite level and Command-level staff
-Ability to plan, develop materials, and facilitate recurring stakeholder discussions via teleconference
-Ability to execute basic project management activities, including project initiation, schedule development and tracking, risk and issue tracking, communications, meeting minutes, action items, and status reports
-Ability to explain ideas and concepts in a simplified manner
